1) PLACE YOUR MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD

We understand that life gets busy, and sometimes, you may need to take a break from your regular R1SE sessions. That's why at R1SE, we offer a Membership Hold option for those times when yoga needs to take a back seat.

Placing your membership on hold has several benefits over cancelling:

Flexibility: Our Membership Hold allows you to pause your membership for up to 60 days per year.

Simplicity: When your hold ends your membership is automatically reactivated and you can jump right back into your practice.

Consistency: Keeping your membership active, even if on hold, allows you to maintain your membership benefits. This includes access to R1SE TV

Community: As an active member you'll continue to receive updates, newsletters, and member-exclusive offers.

Membership Hold - provides the break you need, without the finality of cancelling your membership.

Remember, yoga is not just an exercise, it's a lifestyle, and lifestyles adapt and change as we do.

On what date would you like to R1SE again? You can place a membership on hold for up to 60 days a year and for a minimum of 2 weeks.

2) CHANGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You can amend your membership at any time by completing the form below. This then creates a manual task at our end so please give us a few days to complete it.
An example would be if you wanted to change your membership from 1 to 2 per week or from 3 to 2 a week.

If you are upgrading a membership please let us know when you'd like access to your new memberships benefits, usually you would want this immediately or from the next payment date.

If you are downgrading a membership, we'll alter your membership to transition to the new membership from your next payment date. If you are upgrading we'll sort as per your requirements.

3) CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

If neither of the above options would work for you and you're all set to go then we'll sadly process your request.

Please be aware that as per the details on our website and membership agreement that our weekly memberships are for a MINIMUM of 12 weeks. If you cancel within the 12 weeks this will mean that at the end of the 12 week minimum commitment your membership would not continue. Other options such as paying 50% of the outstanding weeks will allow cancellation within the 12 week minimum commitment.

To ensure your cancellation is processed, please take a few moments to complete our brief cancellation survey. Your responses will be confidential and used solely to help us enhance our services and offerings.
