What to wear?
For Studio sessions (classes), Red Light Therapy, and Compression sessions, you can wear light/ comfortable/ active clothing.
What to bring?
Just bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle and a smile! If you're booked into a "Hot" studio class, you'll need a towel for your mat. If you're attending a Fire & Ice or Spa session, you'll need swimwear. If you're planning on showering, you'll need toiletries & a towel.
How early to arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before session, we don't want you rushing, however, we understand if you're running late.
