What to wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to delayer if you are in a hot class.
What to bring?
Just bring comfortable clothing, water and a smile, we provide mats and you can bring your own or rent a hot yoga towel.
How early to arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before class, we don't want you rushing, however, we understand if you're running late.
