So many women tell us they didn’t expect this stage of life to feel quite like this. Maybe it’s the restless nights, the sudden heat or just a subtle sense that something’s shifted, and you can’t quite put your finger on it.

We’ve been thinking deeply about how to create a space where women can pause, breathe and feel supported through these changes. That’s why we’re holding a special workshop:

What's it all about?
This two-hour gathering is guided by Gaynor Hague. Having navigated her own early menopause, Gaynor knows firsthand how overwhelming this time can feel. Through Yin Yoga, she found calm, balance & connection - now she’s passionate about helping other women do the same.
Our Menopause in Motion workshop is about embracing menopause with care - exploring how movement, breath and honest conversation can bring more ease, strength and connection to this stage of life.
How the workshop will be structured:
🌙 A nourishing 60-minute Yin Yoga class for body & hormone health
💆 A soothing meditation to ease the nervous system
🌬️ Breath-work to cool, calm and regulate
🤝 Space to ask questions, connect and share
🌿 Tools you can take home and use again and again
