📍 Location: Kelham Island, Sheffield
🕒 Hours: Part-time, 6–12 hrs/week (evenings ~4pm–9pm & weekends)
💷 Pay: £13/hour, dependent on experience

✨ About the Role

This is an exciting, part-time position ideal for a current or former athlete, runner, or sports enthusiast passionate about recovery practices such as cold-water therapy and thermal cycling.

You’ll manage and facilitate sessions within our thermal cycling spa area, guiding clients through empowering experiences focused on building resilience, enhancing performance, and supporting recovery.

🧘‍♀️ Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate client sessions in thermal cycling (hot/cold exposure)
• Coach, educate, and motivate clients through recovery experiences
• Ensure a welcoming, safe, and professional spa environment
• Maintain cleanliness and preparation of recovery areas
• Collaborate effectively with the wider R1SE team
• Operate confidently and reliably during shifts
• Contribute positively to our community-focused culture
