🦶 Spa Host & Operations Support – Join Our Team at R1SE Urban Spa

📍 Location: Kelham Island, Sheffield
🕒 Hours: 35–40 hours/week (afternoons, evenings, weekends – no later than 9pm)
💷 Salary: £30K base (after probation) + bonus potential
🚀 Start Date: Must be fully trained and confident by 28th July
💛 Type: Permanent, in-person, with some admin from home

✨ About the Role

This is a multi-skilled, people-facing position that’s equal parts hospitality, organisation, and calm leadership.

You’ll be the warm, reliable presence who welcomes clients into our spa and ensures every experience feels smooth and held. You’ll also support our internal operations – managing schedules, handling bookings, and keeping the back office ticking.

It’s ideal for someone who loves people, embraces responsibility, and wants to be part of something with purpose.

🧘‍♀️ Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in clients with clarity and professionalism
• Manage bookings and sessions using scheduling software
• Handle light admin – spreadsheets, planning, internal comms
• Own the scheduling of instructors and team shifts
• Support restocking, space setup, and light tidying
• Operate confidently and independently during solo shifts
• Contribute to systems, rhythm, and team operations
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, punctuality and trust

• Grounded, calm energy and a love of making others feel at ease
• Organised, dependable, and confident working solo
• Tech-friendly – comfortable with Macs, booking tools, spreadsheets
• Proactive, clear communicator (especially around scheduling)
• Curious about wellness, performance or human potential
• Available for afternoons, evenings and weekends
• Excited to grow – whether into teaching, marketing or leadership

• You must be available to train soon and be fully ready by 28th July
• This role is heavily weighted to afternoons/evenings and weekends
• You’ll often be the only person on shift – so independence, initiative and reliability are crucial
