You get unlimited classes for 1 month starting from the day of your first class.
The cost is £44 for the first month and then whatever follow on membership you choose.
We have 3 great options from 4, 8 or unlimited classes per month. All can be cancelled with just 1 weeks notice and can be placed on hold for up to 60 days per membership year.

What to wear?
For Studio sessions (classes), Red Light Therapy, and Compression sessions, you can wear light/ comfortable/ active clothing.
What to bring?
Just bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle and a smile! If you're booked into a "Hot" studio class, you'll need a towel for your mat. If you're attending a Fire & Ice or Spa session, you'll need swimwear. If you're planning on showering, you'll need toiletries & a towel.
How early to arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before session, we don't want you rushing, however, we understand if you're running late.
OUR CLASS TYPES - WE HAVE A PERFECT CLASS FOR YOU
The chart below ranks all of our classes for Intensity (calories burnt), Technicality (Complexity of Moves) & Mindfullness. 5 is High and 1 is Low. All of our classes (apart from Aerial Intermediate) are suitable for Beginners.
