So that everyone can get to Discover R1SE please book a single studio session and or a Red Light, Fire & Ice, Compression Session. So basically feel free to book a couple but not 3+. If we have room on the day you can always do more and fill and spots.

What to wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to delayer if you are in a hot class. We also sell some awesome yoga merch if you need some new kit.
For Fire & Ice wear a swimming costume and a towel to sit on.
What to bring?
Just bring comfortable clothing, water and a smile, we provide mats and you can bring your own or rent a hot yoga towel, we also have changing and shower facilities available. If you are going in the sauna / ice baths then bring a swimming costume, towel and sandals.
How early to arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session just so you are not rushing. Parking is not fabulous so again give yourself extra time if possible.
